Preparation time: 15 minutes + 2 hours to prove dough if making


Either ready made pizza dough or to make the dough: 200g flour, 10g yeast, 150ml water, 1tblspoon oil, salt. For the topping: 200g peeled tomatoes, 125g mozzerella, salt, oregano, a little oil


If making fresh dough, mix yeast with warm water (approx 37C). Put the flour in a mixing bowl, add the yeast mixture, the oil and the salt. Mix well to a dough-like consistency. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead it by hand until it is smooth and elastic. Leave it covered for 2 hours in a warm place. Oil the crisp plate. Then, using either this or ready made dough: Hand roll the dough, place it on the crisp plate and prick it with a fork. Drain and crush the peeled tomatoes and spread them evenly over the dough. Add the mozzerella in small pieces, the organo, the salt and a little oil. Cook using the Cisp function for 11 minutes.
