Meat kebabs

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Preparation time: 10 minutes plus an hour to marinate


Serves: 4

350g of boneless meat, 100-125g continental sausage cut into slices or cubes, 225 - 250g vegetables (eg peppers, onions, mushrooms) 4 wooden skewers, salt. For the marinade: 3-4 tablespoons oil, half teaspoon of pepper, garlic, rosemary, sage


Cut the meat into cubes and the vegetables into pieces. Thread the meat, sausage and vegetables onto wooden skewers, placing the vegetables in between the meat. Chop the garlic, rosemary and sage and place in a small dish together with the oil and pepper to make the marinade. Heat the marinade at 500W for 1 minute. Brush the marinade over the kebabs and allow to marinade for half an hour turning occasionally. Preheat the empty crisp plate for 2 and a half minutes on crisp. Arrange the kebabs on the crisp plate and cook for 7-8 minutes on Crisp, then turn over and cook on the other side for 5-6 minutes on Crisp. Season with salt. You can vary the meat and vegetables as much as you like. If using whole onions, place on a microwave proof dish and pre cook for a few minutes on 750W.
