Chocolate treats

25-30 treats 100g of chocolate (chopped), 120g of soft butter, 150g of sieved flour, 120g of sugar, 250g of vanilla flavoured sugar, 2 eggs, 40g of raisins, 2 tablespoons of rum.


Soak the raisins in the rum. Cut the butter into small pieces and place it in a dish, add the sugar and the vanilla flavoured sugar. Mix to a smooth cream with a wooden spoon. Mix in the eggs one by one and continue beating. Add the sieved flour. Blend in the raisins and rum, add the chopped chocolate. Butter the crisp plate and dust with flour, then spoon walnut-sized balls onto the plate. Cook for 4 minutes on crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
